Founder’s Message
Before Lead with Grace, I founded Dion Grace, my makeup brand. As a woman entrepreneur in a non-tech space, the journey was far more difficult than I had imagined. Finding the right investor felt almost impossible. Most funding ecosystems are built for technology-led ventures, and for brands like mine — where capital is needed upfront just to create inventory — the doors often remain closed, especially when you don’t come from strong networks or privilege.
I struggled. I failed. And I carried that failure heavily.
There were days of self-doubt, tears, and silence — the kind that many women experience but rarely speak about.
It was during this phase that Lead with Grace came into existence — not as an escape, but as a healing space.
I realised something deeply important: you cannot rise again if you have not healed what held you down.
Heal. Manifest. Rise.
Lead with Grace exists to support women emotionally, mentally, and professionally. It is a space for real conversations, genuine networking, and authentic opportunities.
